Help Out
- Help your neighbors by picking up the items they need
- View map to see Requests waiting to be fulfilled
- Review Request details and accept the Request
- Subscribe to receive alerts when a new Request is created within your specified area
- Helpers should not charge any fees outside the cost of the purchased items

My Requests
- See all of the Requests you created or accepted
- View the information of the person on the other side of the Request
- Mark a Request as completed or cancelled

Profile
- Set or edit your information
- Configure your default pickup and dropoff location to simplify creating Requests
- Subscribe, unsubscribe, or edit notifications for new nearby Requests

Communicate Outside the App
- Your name and phone number is only shared between the Request creator and helper, at the time of accepting
- Do not share any sensitive information
- To coordinate pickup and dropoff, call or text through the phone

Payment Outside the App
- If any goods are purchased, the Helper should present a receipt
- Helpers should not charge any fees outside the cost of the purchased items
- This app does not apply any fees or charges
- Payment for purchased goods must be coordinated outside the app
